Back?

O.k., this is where I pretend that people are going to read this blog....

This Blog needs a focus, so here goes: Comedy, some sports stuff, music, links to comedy and sports stuff and music, and the occasional observations of life. The last of these items is what has been most prevalent in my blogistry (new word?), and what I am most proud of. But these can become tiresome to write on a day-to-day basis.

Firstly, the Twins are absolutely infuriating....'nuff said. Even more frustrating is knowing that if the Twins would have won the first two games with K.C. this weekend, we'd be division champs. The Joke is on the Twins AND the White Sox, as neither is deserving of the title......the league should overrule both and send the Royals. Aside from Gomez, no one has been hitting the ball on a consistent basis. Morneau the "MVP" has been god-awful. With bases loaded today, with one out in the 7th, he had a 2-1 count and promptly hit into a double play. In another at bat Morneau looked like my wife trying to hit whiffle balls......not good.

Today was the first time, in a long time, that I was up, out of my chair, and yelling and swearing at our beloved Twins. Luckily, the kids were outside terrorizing the neighbor girl's birthday party.
